Search is on for a 28-year-old man from London
London police have issued a public safety warning as they search for a man wanted in connection with a criminal harassment and indecent act investigation.
Police say that around 3 p.m. on Oct. 28, a woman was travelling by bus from Toronto to London when a man sat across the aisle, introduced himself as “Brandon” and asked to use her cellphone because his was broken.
Investigators say the man began sending her messages from her phone, shared his contact information, made sexual comments and exposed himself. The unwanted behaviour reportedly continued until the woman got off the bus in London and reported it to police.
The investigation was taken over by the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section, which identified the suspect as 28-year-old London resident Brandonn Sevilla-Zelaya.
Police say he has not been located and is now charged by way of arrest warrant. They are asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward.
