The Pioneer Graveyard Walking Tour is coming back to Tillsonburg
Tillsonburg residents will have a chance to explore local history this fall with the Pioneer Graveyard Tour, guided by historian Laurel Beechey. The event invites participants to step back in time and discover the stories of the community’s early settlers and founding families at the historic Pioneer Graveyard.
The tour takes place on Thursday, September 25th, and Saturday, September 27th, at 1 p.m. Admission is by donation, with proceeds supporting community heritage initiatives. The Pioneer Graveyard, located at 13 Cedar Street, is a peaceful resting place filled with the history that helped shape Tillsonburg.
This guided event promises a fascinating look at the people and stories behind the town’s roots.
