United Way Oxford’s 12 Days of Giving begins December 1st, offering simple ways for residents to support local families
United Way Oxford is kicking off its annual '12 Days of Giving' event on December 1st, encouraging residents to show their Local Love through simple acts of kindness.
Running until December 12th, the campaign highlights twelve different ways people can support neighbours across Oxford County.
“Each day has its own activity so people can mix and match how they want to support the community over the twelve days,” said Resource Development Manager Amanda Kreiger. “We hope that this can serve as a reminder that even the smallest actions can have a big impact.”
Activities include donating toys to Operation Sharing’s The Christmas Place, watching United Way Oxford’s Community United Conversation Series, or making a direct donation to United Way Oxford.
For those searching for meaningful holiday gifts, the Give the Gift of Hope option allows donors to contribute on someone’s behalf.
A full list of activities will be shared starting December 1st on United Way Oxford’s website and social media channels.
