Patient experience getting an improvement at Woodstock Hospital
Woodstock Hospital has made it even easier for patients and families to order meals by adding the CBORD Patient Meal Ordering app directly to free patient TVs.
The system links to each patient’s dietary needs, offering customized meal options with photos to help patients make informed choices. Lunch orders can be placed by 10:00 a.m., dinner by 2:00 p.m., and meals can also be preordered for the next day.
This new feature builds on the CBORD mobile app introduced last year, providing another convenient way to enhance the patient and family experience. Food Services staff will continue visiting patients for meal orders and assisting with the TV system.
